1ST DAY :OUARZAZATE – ZAGORA– M''Hamid
Pick up at 08:00 in the morning from your hotel, journey for this 3-day tour into the Desert of Erg Chegaga. Enjoy a journey along green valleys and endure the nomadic life in the desert. We will drive for the 200km long Draa Valley, through millions of palm trees. we will drive partially on off-road tracks towards Zagora. We stop on the way to visit the Kasbah, the Koran library and pottery workshop in Tamegroute before reaching Mhamid where will have lunch and explore the village and youMay visit the kasbah and cooperative of woman ade rags
2ND DAY : M'HAMID– ERG CHIGAGA
After breakfast, we will depart from the “Gate of the desert” into the extreme and huge Sahara Desert. Huge hammada a beautiful mountains view. Lunch will be served under large, shady Tamarisk trees. Experience the simplicity, quiet life of the desert and learn more about the traditional nomadic life with its harmonious culture and customs. Around 03 p.m you are picked up by 4WD to experience the enchanting desert landscape passing by at a Sacred Oasis.
3RD DAY :ERG CHIGAGA– FOUM ZGUID– TAZNAKHT– OUARZAZATE
Early morning enjoys the charming sunrise you will have breakfast at the camp. We will leave our camp in our 4×4 jeep cross the Iriqui Lake and finally join Foum Zguid. Lunch will be in the Berber village of Taznakht. Afterward, we will proceed to Ait Benhaddou where we will visit the 16th century UNESCO site. Ait Benhaddou is one of the best conserved and most magnificent Kasbahs in Morocco. It’s a famous site for Hollywood films, many films done there like blockbuster Movie of Gladiator. We will be back in Ouarzazate by around 5.00 pm drop off in your accommodation.

This Marrakech to erg chigaga trip was by far my top experience! From the moment of pick up at the airport, our tour guide (Khalil) was extremely friendly and professional. We were in constant communication prior to the trip which eased my fears going abroad. I definitely recommend this private tour because there’s so much more you can get from the experience that you wouldn’t get on a large tour bus. I went with two of my girlfriends and had a great time. We traveled from CasaBlanca to Marrakech but each day we stayed at a different raid or hotel which was a great experience to see something new each day. Since it was a private tour, many times you can choose to stop at shops or market places or ofcourse take photos(: we also went camel back riding at the Sahara and ATV riding in Marrakech. The food is great, lovely culture, people and country. If you are looking for an adventurous, exotic, Yet relaxing- girls or couples trip? I definitely recommend this trip. I really enjoyed my experience.

We were taken care of in Marrakech at our Riad, a day's drive to Mhamid with pludierus stop including one in a restaurant with delicious multiole dishes in a fabulous setting. In Mhamid an efficient, friendly and professional team awaited us. Our youngest son of 8 years old, as well as one of his 12 year olds loved their days on the back of a dromedary (which you can ride if you don't want to walk). My friend and I took a 3-day tour from Marrakech to Erg Chigaga and the Erg Chebbi dunes, to arrive in Fez. Our guide khalil made the experience perfect since he is friendly, he spoke French and drove very well on difficult roads. He explained to us what we saw on the road, told us about the customs of the country and answered all our questions. He knew a lot and was very interesting. We saw the most magnificent landscapes, spent an unforgettable night in a Berber tent in the dunes and discovered the Dades gorges which have become our favorite place in Morocco. I highly recommend Morroco Desert Tour, these are well organized circuits that are definitely worth a visit. And I wish you to have khalil as your guide!
