First Sahara walking journey
A short trek from M’Hamid suits travelers who want a taste of caravan life. Discuss daily walking hours, the return transfer and whether your arrival day belongs to the trek or to the road.

Leave the road at M’Hamid and walk into the Sahara with local guides and pack camels. Choose a short introduction to desert life or a longer journey through dunes, tamarisk country and remote bivouacs.
A walking journey reveals more than a drive to a camp. You notice the texture of the ground, the way a guide reads the wind, and the welcome of tea when the caravan pauses. DesertBrise grew from M’Hamid El Ghizlane. Our family and local team plan each trek around your walking ability, the season and the time you can spend beyond the village.
Tell us about recent walking experience and your preferred daily hours. Soft sand, heat and wind can make a modest distance demanding.
Confirm tents, bedding, toilets, meals and drinking-water arrangements in the written proposal. Pack camels support the caravan; riding availability must be agreed separately.
Allow separate travel time from Marrakech or Ouarzazate. We can plan transfers around the trek rather than compress the walking stages to fit a rushed arrival.
