These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which DesertBrise Travel provides tours, tailor-made itineraries and related travel services in Morocco. By confirming a booking with DesertBrise Travel, you acknowledge the terms applicable to your booking.
DesertBrise Travel provides private tours, tailor-made itineraries, transportation, accommodation coordination, guides, activities and related travel services throughout Morocco. The exact services included in your trip will be stated in your quotation, itinerary or booking confirmation.
Submitting an inquiry through our website, email or WhatsApp does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when an itinerary or quotation has been accepted, any required deposit or payment has been received, and DesertBrise Travel confirms the booking. Availability may change until confirmation.
Trip prices may depend on travel dates, number of travelers, itinerary, accommodation level, transportation requirements, activities, guide requirements and seasonal availability. The confirmed quotation applies to the specific services described in it. Services not specifically listed under What’s Included are not automatically included.
Deposit requirements, payment deadlines and accepted payment methods will be communicated before booking. A booking may be released if required payment is not received by the agreed deadline. Bank, card, currency-conversion or payment-provider fees may remain the traveler's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes. Changes may affect pricing, accommodation, transportation, guides, activities, travel dates, route and timing. Additional costs will be communicated before revised arrangements are confirmed whenever reasonably possible.
Travel sometimes requires changes because of circumstances such as road conditions, weather, accommodation availability, transportation disruption, local events, safety considerations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. When significant changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative. Minor operational changes may be made where they do not materially change the character of the trip.
Accommodation may be specifically confirmed or may represent a particular category or standard. Where a particular property has not been expressly guaranteed, comparable accommodation may be substituted if necessary. Standards and facilities may vary between Moroccan cities, rural areas and desert regions.
Vehicles are selected according to the itinerary, service and group size. Driving times are estimates. Actual journey times may vary because of traffic, weather, road conditions, sightseeing stops, meals or local circumstances.
Some services may be delivered by independent hotels, drivers, guides, camps, restaurants, activity providers or other suppliers. DesertBrise Travel coordinates these providers as part of your itinerary where applicable.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas where required, entry documents and travel permissions. Travelers should verify current entry requirements before departure.
Travelers are responsible for determining whether an itinerary or activity is appropriate for their health and physical condition. Please inform us before confirmation of important mobility requirements, dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility requirements or other needs affecting the trip. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but requested arrangements should be confirmed in writing.
We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance. Depending on your circumstances, appropriate insurance may cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, luggage, travel interruption and relevant adventure activities. Travelers are responsible for understanding their own insurance coverage.
Travelers are expected to comply with Moroccan law, respect local communities and customs, follow reasonable safety instructions, treat guides, drivers, staff and suppliers respectfully, and avoid conduct that creates unreasonable risk or disruption. Serious misconduct may result in services being terminated where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Events outside our reasonable control can affect travel arrangements. Examples may include extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, border disruption, public-health emergencies, civil disturbances, or significant road or transportation disruption. Where possible, DesertBrise Travel will assist with practical alternative arrangements. Additional expenses resulting from such circumstances may remain the traveler's responsibility unless otherwise covered.
If a problem occurs during your trip, please contact DesertBrise Travel as soon as reasonably possible. This allows us an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue while your trip is ongoing.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, availability changes, prices may change, accommodation may vary, road conditions change, photographs may be illustrative, and travel times are approximate. Your confirmed itinerary and booking confirmation take precedence over general website information relating to your specific booking.
Original content, branding, graphics and materials belonging to DesertBrise Travel may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable Moroccan law. Mandatory rights that apply to individual travelers remain unaffected where applicable.
